ADHD sever adhd? |
Hi i have really bad ADHD and i am 17. i take Dexedrine that makes me really depressed and its to much for me. is there any medicine that is good for ADHD that dose not give you weight gain or negative side effects probably a magic 8 ball. Adderall. If anything, it makes you lose weight. But it isn't handed out easily because it's very potent. Maybe Concerta or Focalin would be better for you. I take Stratara, it helps tons, does't cause weight to increase. =) that's a double edged sword i would try to get off of everything and do things that might curve your hyper activity like sports that will help with the weight gain to it's gonna be hard but you can't stay on that stuff your entire life try and face it now while your still young but if it proves to be to hard than get with your doctor and explain to him whats going on maybe they can give you a lower dose and gradually get you off it. yea im 15 i take citalopram, hydroxyzine, and last but not least effexor hope this helps u omega fatty acids and vitamins are supposed to help |
