ADHD help please? |
hi I am 14, I am on aderal, and I just wanna find out ways for me to stop bugging people I HIGHLY recommend both you AND your folks read the following books by Edward M. Hallowell: Try to remember next time you feel like bugging someone that you might be annoying them, which isn't cool. It sounds like you have a lot of energy, so you might want to start playing a really exercise heavy sport like soccer or lacrosse to get all that energy out of your system. I have ADHD too and I'm also on Adderall. A hard work out everyday always keeps me from being obnoxious for sure. Stop eating sugar !!!! |
