What is nail biting,foot tapping, staring off usually symptoms of. Is this at all associated with my ADHD? |
and also seemingly issolated from the world. I am more concered and courious about nail biting, foot tapping and staring off though what are they signs of or are they just part of my ADHD? In my experience nail biting is a form of irritation ( something that is eating inside you) foot taping is a form of impatience and boredom. Zoning out is good, as is a form of meditation. when you zone out your mind is not thinking and it connects to your higher consciousness. You see, what you don't speak off, the physical self will express it unconsciously. You have to ask yourself what is it that causing you so much disatisfaction and irritation? I used to bite my fingernails, and I definitely don't have ADHD. It could be different for different people though. |
