Are there any Buddhist temples where they do upbeat chants? I'm ADHD and can't meditate long...? The chanting in the Kwan Um School of Zen is quite upbeat and melodic. You can listen to the chants at the links below and see for yourself. You don't have to chant, and there are Buddhist temples throughout the U.S. You also don't have to meditate for more than 5-10 minutes. But it might help your ADHD. It helps my depression and my PTSD. |
