ADHD Inattentive autobiographies? |
The only ADHD Inattentive autobiography I've found is the How To Cure Hyperactivity book (1981) about ADHD Inattentive by C. Thomas Wild with Anita Uhl Brothers, M.D. What are the names of some other autobiographies written by those with ADHD Inattentive besides the one by Wild? Thanks. Prefer autobiographies (first person accounts) to biographies (second person accounts). sorry i cant tell you any but if you go to your local library they should be able to recomend a few or tell you where else you can find some. dont mean to be cheeky in any way but i take it you have already searched the web. good luck. |

The trick with this stuff is finding the right medicine, the right dosage and the right schedule about when to take each pill. I heard Ritalin works right off the bat for about 80% of the people b... A lot of us with ADHD (I have it too) have to adjust how much we take every now and thin. I got used to Ritalin and had to take a little more because I did get used to it, I have had to take less ... avoid sugar (dextrose, sucrose, corn syrump, maltodextrin)! Fructose in fruit and lactose in milk is fine. Also yellow and red food coloring/dyes should be avoided; read hte labels. Caffeine act... For over 30 years doctors misdiagnosed me, put me on every drug available and surely messed up what wasn't with the side effects of the many drugs. One day i stopped and said no more. I star... It depends on the state you wish to be licensed in. In the state of Minnesota I can find no statues for aviation licensing that would prevent you from getting and holding the license. I would assum... Try different things you like to do make a list. and check the ones you like to like a list of hobbies examples: painting, sewing, writing, illustrating, being a firefighter volunteer at a hospital... |
