When your doing something you like, do you suddenly change and do something else, then again and again. Like listening to music, watching a movie, reading a book, what ever it is you really like doing, does it hold your interest and attention. ADHD suffers can't stay on any task.

Talk it out. So many times I see people suffering from being emotional overloaded.

The only real, chemical self-test I've seen works thus.

Drink a caffinated drink.

If it makes you tired, you chemically have ADHD. If not, you just have no attention span.

Internet tests are entertainment. Talk to a counselor at your school. They sometimes offer testing or can tell you how to go about getting a proper test done.

You won't. If you could it would not matter. You must be tested by a proffesional. Otherwise you cannot recieve medication for your illness.
