Vyvanse and ADHD?

My boyfriend is on vyvanse for his ADHD and has only been taking it for about a week, one of the side effects is hallucinations. All day today he kept seeing things. Has anyone experienced this while on vyvanse? What did you see?

Also, he's 6'1" and 200 pounds. He's had a decreased appetite because of the drug and is experiencing weight loss. How much weight can he expect to lose? How much did you lose?

Do you think that this will get worse?

You need to tell his physician IMMEDIATELY. Hallucinations are not a usual side effect of this medication (and if it happens, it should either be discontinued or dose lowered dramatically). He should NOT re-dose until he has spoken to his physician.
