Asperger Syndrome + ADHD?


What is the possibility that one can be successful in life.
as in like if anyone knows or is a person with aspergers + ADHD and succeeded in life. Maybe some advice?

If you say the president of the united states - you better have a clear plan on what abilities you will have to have them develop through what kind of training you are willing to supply.
Know what your grand plan for the child is first. - My child has a ton of disabilities + add and my grand plan was to fit in to society and belonging in to that was the most important element and strong family support really helped to. He really did not want to or believe to, that he could or was able to succeed.
