How do I deal with my two cousins with ADHD?

I mean my youngest is going to be in third grade and she has ADHD and autism(not that bad where she studders but just screaming and crying alot). And my other cousin has ADHD/is a dwarf(has a big mouth[trash talk and tantrums])/ and some anger problems. How am I supposed to deal with them? Because my cousin Brooke (is the sister of the autistic one) talks about her alot and I want to help her deal with it!!! PLEASE HELP!

Rather then focus on the neg, why not give them some credit for the things they do well.
Try finding some space also. Keep in mind how you treat people will come back to you.
Thing of how you would want someone to talk with you and follow your own advice.
