Do I have ADHD or ADD?

I am very easily amused, however I have a VERY short attention span.

Like I love reading right... Though right now I am reading 4 books.. I'll be reading one..then get bored...and jump to the other.. and I often dont finish books.

Or video games.. I'm trying to finish two video games right now.. once again I jump back and forth.


I think I have a mild cas of adhd or add, and its extremely annoying! Do i?

I dont say..or wouldnt say I have one if it was only to brag.. that to me is actually not something anyone should brag about.. Actually I came on here to see if i have it so I can go to my health doctor and see if there is anything all natural I can do to help control it without popping like 3 med pills a day

... However, I don't think you have ADD or ADHD. They are EXTREMELY different from what you're experiencing. My younger sister was professionally diagnosed with ADHD.

They don't just mean "hyper".

You are just trying to finish 2 things at once. That's not ADHD ... Or ADD.

Many people have short attention spans. I have a short attention span because I have serious anxiety problems and I'm Bi-Polar. Though, normal people have short attention spans.

hey Tay ADHD is inability to stop fidgeting, start task - school or work. ADD is unable to finish, or stay on task. Its strugle find any-thing interesting. Ma b U r bored & want more challenge. Oh, look a Bunny!
