Eating healthy stop adhd?


if i start eatin healthy and get rid of mtn dew and alot sugars will help me with adhd and help me stop procrastating and if i start eating veggies and fruits and drinking water and take omega 3 and vitamin b12 so please help me out

what about excersize will that help too

I eat an extremely healthy diet which includes fish several times a week and personally it does nothing 2 help my adhd at all.The only improvement is in my health and physicall well being so regardless of whether you have adhd or not i would include more fish,veggies and fruit to your diet.
The only thing that does work for me and has a noticeable effect is exercise,and lots of it.

It will definetely help your ADHD a LOT. Sugar and carbohydrates are the main places you can cut back and see results. Eat more veggies and fruits, but don't eat TOO much fruit as there's a lot of sugar in it. Try and stay away from carbohydrates like bread, rice and cereal as much as possible, and eat more protein like meat, fish and eggs. Also stay away from processed foods, meaning pretty much any "ready to eat" foods like boxed macaroni and cheese, frozen dinners, etc. Stay away from sugars, too, like soda, candy, ice cream, etc.

Stop? Nope

Help? A little.. I have ADD and stopped eating all that stuff but it wasn't that big off a difference.Exercise helps more than eating healthier in my experiences.
