Aids and etc. STD's...How steps do you take?

do u go to the clinic often? some people i know go once a month...
what are the steps you take for safety?..Because I might like to adopt some of them, pretty new, to the whole thing.

The only two things that you can do to protect yourself from STDs (unless you know your partner and have seen their test results) are using a condom, or not having sex at all. I get tested once a year at my yearly physical, but am also married and both myself and my husband are faithful and clean (so the yearly tests are just standard for the doctor).

I met my gf on a std dating site called pozcupid .com. We just use condom when herpes outbreaks.
If both you and your partner have the same STD, you don't need to worry about it.
