I heard AIDS is really bad?

I heard AIDS is really bad. But it sounds like a helpful word, something that can cure you from other diseases. Should I really be scared of this?

well it has no symptoms of its own it destroys the defense mechanism of our body against diseases so making vulnerable to all diseases in the world... you cant actually get ok by urself.. it killls you slowly each day... you know u r gonna die and later start counting days left in death... and thats when you repent for taking pleasure without being secured or not checking the blood or the injection needle you insert in ur body...

Nah its good. what are you stupid? come on its one of the main causes of death in Africa, WHO reckons its going to be the single biggest killer in 20 years
