Education may combat terrorism and AIDS can it fight earthquake, tsunami?

if MAN can equate mind and matter

Earthquake and tsunami are caused by the shifting of plates within the earth- if we can learn how to alter matter and adequately predict what needs altering I suppose we could fight earthquakes and tsunami.

All one can do is develop better warning systems.

Natural geologic processes cannot be stopped.
