AiDS???????

how long does it you to die from AIDS

These days, with treatments, many people who are HIV+ can live healthier longer than they could in the past. Medications won't kill the virus, but can increase the amount of time between diagnosis of HIV and diagnosis of AIDS. The amount of time a person lives with HIV depends on many factors, including the health of the person before infection, the person's response to the virus, and the person's response to treatment. A person whose illness has progressed to AIDS is more likely to die more quickly, because at that point, other infections such as colds, flu, and pneumonia can be deadly. However, again, it is impossible to say just how long the person will live.

It varies with the individual and the type of treatment they receive.

At the onset of the epidemic, people were dying alarmingly fast.

However, now researchers at Emory University's Center for AIDS Research says their studies indicate people live on average 24 years after being diagnosed with HIV. Since 1993 the average life span after diagnosis has more than tripled from 7 years to 24 years, a testament to more effective treatments and better HIV care.

It's different for everyone...some people have lived with it for 10-15 years.
It all depends on the person's immune system, what other problems they may have, what drugs they take--there is no way to predict it.

It varies greatly. Some people live up to 20 years if they are diagnosed early enough, and follow through with treatment.
