yes it is believed that you have a higher risk for aids if you are in the gay community but that is not neccassarily true. if you are with a partner who protects themselves and they take precautions like getting themselves tested they have the same risk of getting aids as a straight person does.

it has nothing to do with sexuality it has to do with the individual person and how cautious they are.

that would be being prejudiced, a law like that would never pass. they should really put every person on a list who has aids no matter their sexuality
