Is Jeremiah Wright wrong if he said that the gov't has something to do with inventing AIDS to destroy blacks?

Jeremiah Wright said "The government lied about inventing the HIV virus as a means of genocide against people of color". Does he believe that the gov't invented the AIDS virus to kill black people? Is he wrong about this?

Jeremiah is an angry man and is eager to blame the government for everything that is wrong in life. Of course, he is wrong. The government gained nothing but mounting medical costs in fighting AIDS. AIDS does not have any color, race or sexual preference. It kills all people and likes us all equally.

Jeremiah is filled with hate-speech and his thoughts are very distorted. Hate is actually more contagious than AIDS. I wish we could get a vaccine for Jeremiah and his hate filled speeches.

How many white people die of AIDS every year. It would moronic to blame everything on the white population. The Black community in America had many problems, the white community is rarely to blame.
