Can you get AIDS via footsy my friend has ocd so can you help him?

i told him you can't but he doesn't believe me i hope this will reassure him

Not unless you both have huge open bleeding gashes on your feet :)

Joseph C is a quack. Truth is no one knows for sure how HIV transmitted itself. It started out in Apes and Monkeys much like Bird flu is now and mutated until it was a human infection.
The only way you can get Aids is through contact of body fluids. Women are more likely to get it from their partner than men. Simply because the body fluid is being forced into our systems and a part of our body that contains a lot of our blood. For a woman to give it to a man he almost has to have an open sore on parts of his body that will come into contact with vaginal fluid. But, that means if he has a paper cut, and his fingers get any vaginal fluid on them, and the woman has HIV he is screwed. Men usually get it through anal sex, for the same reason women are more succeptable, sharing needles, and blood transfusions.

Even if the both of you had open sores on your feet one of you would have to have the virus first and the one with the virus would have to be bleeding. You can't catch it from toilet seats, you can't even catch it from kissing so since it is an STD how could you possibly get it from touching your feet together when you can't get it from kissing?

The only known ways to become infected with HIV is unprotected vaginal or anal sex, using drug needles with out cleaning them while sharing with someone HIV+, and a HIV+ mother can infect her baby if she breast feeds the baby. Oral sex is very low risk, there is a risk, but it's lower.

Footsy does not fall into any of these categories.

No, you can't.

Ummm..thats a BIG no.
