If someone had the cure for AIDS?

If someone had the cure for AIDS but wouldn't share it and you killed them to get it and released it to the world, have you done a good thing or a bad thing? The killing part. And you only get to choose one.

I would have to do it. One life for millions? No question. I would probaly go to Hell but I would do it anyway.
The act is evil, but not doing the act would be more evil.

There is a cure for cancer but everyone is so damn worried they wont make enough money off of it so do you see ads or anything no there trying to make it more costly.

that's a tough one, i don't think i could do what's the first part of your question calls for.
