How does HIV/AIDS compromise the body?

HIV attacks and destroys the helper T cells, which alert the white blood cells to attack invading parasites and organisms. Without the immune system working ,the body is easy prey to any invasive or infectious organism and will eventually die of complications of these diseases.

HIV/AIDS is a desroyer of the whole immune system. yiur body breaks down and you are vunerable to infections. your body cannot fight off colds, flu, pneumonia, viruses, and any other diease you come in contact with. do not expose yourself to any of these things--since your body is already compromised. also drink plenty of fluids, get some exercise, and take plenty of vitiman C. hope this helps.

well here's the deal. You get HIV..this virus affect your immune system until the body will eventually turn into AIDS. This virus will then start tearing down your immune system further until your body cannot fight off even simple sicknesses such as a cold and you will eventually die from some common sickness.

HIV-human immuno virus mainly attack the immune system of body,resulting defficient immunity.Therefore,a lot of disease organism easily capture the defence machanism.
