Can someone tell me which vitamin aids in helping with metabolism? Riboflavin (Vitamin B2)...key role in energy metabolism, and is required for the metabolism of fats, ketone bodies, carbohydrates, and proteins. Those B complex vitamins are essential to any diet. It's not that the average person doesn't eat right, it's just that it's so easy to flush it right out of your system. What with job responsibilities, stress and now the summer swelter, it's all to easy to flush it all out of your system in no time at all. Drinking green tea helps! |
