Those B complex vitamins are essential to any diet. It's not that the average person doesn't eat right, it's just that it's so easy to flush it right out of your system. What with job responsibilities, stress and now the summer swelter, it's all to easy to flush it all out of your system in no time at all.
Certain B vitamins are essential for digesting carbohydrates. Without them, they cannot be digested and absorbed. I've actually taken B vitamins after getting a nasty bruise and it cleared up before morning.
Over all, it should help keep you calm and more patient and make your stress subside. If I'm going to be out in the heat or exercising, I take a vitamin and often I think I can tell a difference. By the end of the day, I can be calmer and more patient not become edgy.
I bought a B complex vitamin with megadoses. For a water soluble vitamin like this, the abundance is just going to flush out of your system and you can't have too much.
Vitamin C is supposed to be good for energy, so I keep a supply of those on hand too.
Iron is essential for women and weight-lighters. For some reason, they can't have too much of that. Combining your iron with Vitamin C is supposed highly recommended for its nutritional benefits. The Vitamin C oxidizes the iron and makes it more absorbable.
I hope this helps you.

Drinking green tea helps!
