Girl Scout Gold Award on diversity or AIDS?

i am currently working the prerequisites for the gold award, and i know i want my project to have something to do with diversity and/or aids. i have heard about people who did supply drives for pet clinics, and while i think that is nice and definitely appreciated, i want to make a bigger impact and do something really important to both me and the world around me. any ideas? i would really like to include a culture walk, if possible (and that is not about walking around a room looking at posters of differnt countries...it is compltely different). thanks for any help!

Well, diversity is more broad and you could find more information on it (diversity like orientation, beliefs, race etc...)

AIDS is more specific but also more common....

For me, I would do something about Human Trafficking... I think that make an impact...
You could do both forced labor and forced prostitution.

You could do Environmental and wildlife protection (more common, but if you do it right you could always make a better presentation,,,)
