How much would financial aid change if I am married?

My boyfriend and I are currently attending TAMUK, but our dream is to attend UT-Austin. This university has a substantially higher cost, but if we were to marry, would financial aid be increased for the both of us, since 1) The university is expensive, and 2) Simply, being married? We have been together for a while now and do want to be married, but would expediting this act financially aid us?

Because you'll be considered independent you won't have to use your parents' tax information anymore so, yes, it would help.
