I think I have anxiety about AIDS..?

This was my previous question. I am very paraniod, I know people have ben asking me to se a doctor, but is there a need? I am worried because I think I have anxiety. I get worried about my health all the time, esp like AIDS virus. 2 years ago, as i stated in that link, I helped someone to clean a wound without wearing gloves.I used my bare hands and some cotton wool. I am getting very paraniod and worried but I cant go to the doctors because once I go to the doctors, i will feel like the place is not clean and I will be worried like what if I get an infection there..

Can someone help me or tell me what to do? I am unable to buy my own HIV kit as it is not advailable in my country and also it would be less accurate..My parents just told me not to think about it...but that is like running away from the reality isn't it..

Someone please tell me what to do..

Dude... relax...not only is there only an extremely slim chance you contracted anything... you'll have all the time in the world, to worry about a problem once it really presents itself... we spend 95% of our time worrying about things that never happen or occur...
I'll give you my example... I had sex with a boyfriend hundreds of times, unprotected...and he ended up dieing of AIDS...well I thought for sure I would have contracted it, and convinced myself that I did to the point where I had most of the symptoms... well I eventually had the tests done and I was Negative I'm still Negative ten years after that experience, and found out it was my poor diet giving me some of the symptoms...
Relax man....you're fine. but go to the health dept and get tested, it's simple and silly not to...

It sounds like your fear has over taken you. Seek a mental health professional to deal with it. And you need to get a HIV test to see that you are negative or you will keep on thinking about it, once you know your negative you can find something else to worry about. Good Luck

do not get excited. U have helped some one ,But there are so many people in the world who get many AIDS patients in their way with out knowing.

I think u have some serious issue in mind . please get it clarified
otherwise u can not feel happy.

Don't worry about aids unless your having sex with prostitutes or doing heroin and sharing needles. Aids is rare its possible but rare
go get checked out its easy and free.

See a counselor or psychiatrist about your anxiety.
