Is it possible to be employed by Walgreen's and Rite Aid at the same time?

I want to work at both so I can get more pharmacy hours but don't know if it's against policy for either company.

I'm already employed at WAG and was offered a Job by rite aid.

First you should worry about getting hired at one. Then when you fill out all of your paper work pay attention. It will state there if you can not work for a competitor. If it says nothing then you are safe. I would venture to guess that you are safe. I doubt either one has some big secret that they are trying to keep from the other.

Is it possible? Yes.
Do they want you to? No.
They are competitors and would nto want one worker in two locations. Whoever you get a job with first will have to be included in your second job application and once they see that, they wont give you a job.
So, either lie or apply at exact the same time my friend.

It's normally against corporate policy to work at another retail pharmacy. You could work at a hospital, though.
