Can u get aids by shaking some ones hand that has it and then not washing your hands and eatting or cheawing your finger nails sexy time no you dumb ***.. you get aids by fuckin a person and his/her fluids goes into you which makes you then have the virus in your blood. The only way is to shake hands and you have a cut and he\she does too and the blood mixes. IF THEY HAVE AIDS AND THEIR BLOOD GOES INTO YOU THEN YOU HAVE IT. BUT IT HAS THROUGH GO INTO YOUR BLOOD STREAM, YOU CANT GET AIDS FROM BLOOD UNLESS LIKE THAT, EVEN IF YOU DRINK THE PERSON'S BLOOD no because the aids virus does not survive in air. an HIV infected person does not have the virus on their skin. So the way you describe is known to be impossible to catch HIV. Some of these aids questions are just getting dumber and dumber.
