Wholeheartedly YES!

Condoms could save so many lives, and so much money (which could go to improving those saved lives)!

Contraceptives are banned because of the traditional teaching of "natural law", which is basically that semen has to go in the vagina and nowhere else, or else it is a sin, because of the bible passage about Onan.

Story from thousands of years ago, or millions of lives saved? I wonder, if god exists, would he be more pissed about a bit of semen in a condom, or about the indifference to people in desparate need of help (part of which could come from condoms)?
Condoms don't do a very good job of preventing STDs, or so I've heard.
If he isn't playing the game, where does he get off making up the rules?
Yup. And I also think schools should promote safe sex, and not just "no sex". If they're gonna do it anyway, at least teach them how to protect themselves.
You should think about your contrceptive policy.
Dont let stupid people breed
The Pope should rethink a lot of things,
starting with that hat!

what a garish queen!
