Do I need to add rinse aid and salts in my dishwasher even if I am using a 3-in-1 dishwasher tablet?

Do I need to add rinse aid and salts in my dishwasher even if I am using a 3-in-1 dishwasher tablet?

YES , THE RINSE IS TO KEEP THE CLEAR GLASS CLEAN AFTER WASHING AND THE SALT THAT IS ADDED TO THE MACHINE IS TO KEEP THE WATER SOFT AND TO KEEP THE PIPES AND NOZZLES CLEAR OF SLUDGE THAT MIGHT COLLECT IN THEM, I SUGGEST THAT YOU ADD THE RINSE AND SALT AND KEEP USING THE 3- 1 .
I get a better result by using the 3 in 1 and the conditioner than just the 3 in 1. I have never used salts but every second load I put a teaspoon of bicarb in there. It seems to keep the smell down.
The risnse aid just helps quicken the drying process of the dishes and glasses and brings a shine to it provided the final rinse tempreture of the dishwasher is above 85 degrees, its up to you if you want to but is not necesary, A good quality detergent and right wash & rinse temp. will do a good job.
If you have a place in your dishwasher for the salt, I would definitely use it no matter what else you use.
