Saving AID's patients...what's the point?

A child is born with a congenital heart defect, and will be in and out of the hospital until he/she is 20-30 years old and dies, and quite possibly will have a child/children with the same genetic defect, yet by all accounts, this child never should have made it out of the gate, perpetuating wholesale misery.

A momzilla brings her child to the doctor every 2 months for a bacterial infection, only for nature to get its game on, producing a super-strain of bacteria(which leaves the host) of which is totally resistant to any for of treatment.

AIDS Virus...how many get the disease(and get extended treatement prolonging death) only to pass it onto others when they should have died. Studies are now showing massive amounts of AIDS patients which refuse to even let their partners know they have the disease, have unprotected sex.

I think Natures non-PC example is best. The strongest and smartest survive, the rest die, and don't pass off disease to the living.

I think the point is included in the Hippocratic Oath. Disease will happen, no matter what. It happens in "nature," too. I think every person deserves medical attention, just like we deserve food and water.

BTW, one congenital heart defect will not perpetuate "wholesale misery." But killing off every sick kid who might pass on their disease will. I assume you haven't heard much about Josef Mengele and Nazi "eugenics." Their policies sound a lot like yours. And what happens when you catch a cold? Or when your child is born with a congenital heart defect (which, btw, are rarely passed on to future generations)? Would you watch your child die without medical treatment?

You sounds really cold. You make it sound like all people that have a noncurable disease should die. Right now you don't even sound humane.
Life is precious, and they want to live! It's just that simple. No one wants to die.

Following your 'logic' - Sure, let's deny drugs to all the cancer patients too. And Alzheimer's. After all, they are genetically predisposed to a disease.

Please give us some FACTS and links about "massive amounts of AIDS patients" passing on the disease intentionally. Or could one guess this part is part of your cruel imagination as well?

Many, many people with AIDS in the US work jobs and are productive. They, along with other people with chronic and life-threatening diseases, deserve to receive all the medication [and compassion] we can muster until cures come along.

I pray that you may never have to be subjected to the cruelty you promote.
what do you really think every person who has an incurable disease ask for it do you think people with AIDS want to die or sometime some people with AIDS don't even know until it is to late and they already infected several people this is something people need more education on and need to have a heart have you ever saw a child a baby new born that is going to die before they are 5 never to see life because the mother didn't know she had the virus that is really sad that you would make judgment on these people who are dying any way some are very responsible in their actions but there are some who aren't but there is going to be a time when we all face death through disease of any sort or just plain natural causes or old age lets see what you think when your dying and people miss treat you or are judgmental (you could taken better care of yourself why did you do that when you were young (just some examples)). don't worry so much about what other people do but worry about how much education you are recieving from life, books, and people.
If nature truly wanted humans to die, then it wouldn't have provided the material needed to make life saving medicines and chemicals, now would it?
