I am a new teacher at a school, one of the kindergarten aids acts like she hates me what should I do?


She glares at me all the time, and acts like she is the school police. I think she is trying to bate me into reacting to her. Should I ignore her or should her, the pricipal, and myself have a talk and find out why she behaves so negatively?

You are a teacher she is a lowly aide - have her as* fired.
Yeah deffinatley ignore her it just seems likes shes a grumpy person to start with, don't worry about anybody but ur self
Ignore her. Obviously working with 4 year olds is rubbing off on her. Sheesh.

just play it cool act like u don't even notice her and she will probally lose patients and comfront u
ask her to do more, this way she will be looking at the kids not you.
Dude she must be in love with you, just ask her what her problem is.
