I had studied in Mexico my whole life, i am an american citizen and my parents are mexican and live in Mexico, i was reading about incomes and all that stuff i didn't know how to fill it, do you know how? what can i do? do the people at community college help me with this? i am so lost on this matter, please help me, thank you.
