Why would you care what the Bible "says?" It has more sexual filth per page than Hustler magazine. Jesus had almost nothing to say on the topic, though it has occurred to me that Paul may have been tripping the light fantastic in his off duty hours.

Using the bible to set social policy is the reason we have a global pandemic of HIV. For nearly 10 years, the CDC ignore HIV while listening to superstition peddlers who claim it was some form of God's punishment instead of a virus.

The harsh lessons learned from that mistake is the reason that neither you nor anyone you know has died from SARS, Avian Flu or the Ebola virus. Instead of blaming people or judging them as evil, we quarantine the infected. If we had done that decades ago with HIV, you'd never have heard of it.

Man is the ultimate cause for these things to exist. AIDS is because of people having sex with animals. STDs are from organisms that have always been here, evil comes from the thoughts of man in general, as well as adultery. Ultimately, man is the cause.
