I presume you mean a ReSound Brand "Pulse" model hearing aid? ReSound is a very well thought of hearing aid manufacturer. It is newer technology with rechargeable batteries (better for the environment, cheaper for you) and open fit molds which means they are less visible to people looking at you.

The most important thing with hearing aids is that the "fitting profile" for the aid matches your audiogram.
