Which one of these Diets is Healthier & will aid me in Loosing Weight?

Diet One:
1,270 calories per day
Proteins (15%) = 47.71g per day
Unsaturated Fat (25%) = 35.34g per day

OR

Diet Two:

Unsaturated Fat (18%) = 25.4g per day
Saturated Fat (4%) = 5.64g per day
Carbohydrates (51%) = 161.93g per day
Fiber = 45g to 70.73g per day

If neither then please state what is by giving the % of each of the categories like how I listed them above.

Further info about me:

* Female
* 5 feet 3 inches
* 173.5 pounds
* 25 years of age
* My goal weight is 125 pounds, I'd like to meet that goal within 8 to 12 months (10 months give or take basically).
* I am a Vegan (who still eats honey)

Neither.
At 173 pounds you need at least 100grams of protein a day to burn fat and build muscles. Your protein requirement will decrease as your weight decreases.
For your age/weight with exercise 5 days a week, your calorie requirements are:
Maintenance: 2437 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1950 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1462 Calories/day

1270 is too few calories for your weight and activity level.

If you eat 1600 calories, you'd still be well under your daily requirements, and that's including exercising 5 times a week. Eating too little will send your body into starvation mode and you won't lose any fat, plus you'll risk losing muscle. You don't need to calculate how many you burn off each day. Just eat a minimum of 1500, with a good mix of protein, complex carbs and healthy fat like nuts, and exercise as you have planned. Counting every single last calorie isn't something you can do forever. It's better to adopt a healthy lifestyle, eat enough quality foods so you're not hungry, and exercise. You'll find it impossible to go through life wanting to calculate 1600 calories, minus 400 in exercise, plus 100 in the form of an extra apple... no. Get to where you feel healthy and fit, rather than counting caloires like that. Source(s): http://www.freedieting.com/tools/calorie...
