Crystal light, cool aid, juice and tooth enamel loss...?


I'm aware that orange juice and colas are horrible for teeth and soften the enamel. What about drinks like crystal light and cool aid?

Crystal light is all right for teeth. Sugarless cool aid is all right. Sugar cool aid is terrible as you know. Orange juice is not that bad. Colas with sugar are horrible, just like you said. Diet colas are all right.
Look at the nutrition labels. If they say sugar, don't get it.
Good for you for being concerned.
