How do you aid your body in growing? |
I'm a 16 year old male, I eat normally, do as much excercise as all my friends and i'm still only 5"4/5, my whole family's short just not this short and all the males tended to be at a normal height by now... I'm not behind in adolescence, i'm growing facial hair etc but I am still far behind growing...any help tips? i recommend that you stretch everday for a few minutes around 11am-12pm becuase you grow the most during that time of the day. it should help you grow slightly taller. if you go running, of course stretch your legs before, but also stretct it after running becuase your legs start tense up after running for so long. also consume more nutrients, they help you grow as well. i hope this helps! To aid your body in reaching optimum height, I would advise you to take in extra servings of dairy and protein, but everybody's different and I'm sure you have a few growth spurts left. I wouldn't really stress over it. Try a Yahoo search for "grow taller naturally" but please beware of scams. |
