No AIDS does not directly kill people. AIDS Destroys a persons Immune System. Therefore making one extremely suceptable to infections. A person that has AIDS can catch a minor virus like the Cold, or the Flu, and it can kill them easily.
yes overtime of ur life u will die
no. you cant die from aids. but you can die from any thing else sience the aids has destroyed your immune system.
