30 billion US Defence Aid to Israel? Could'nt we make a better use of that money?

I know it's our industries that will sell them the technology but the money ain't going to benefit those who really need it

yes. we have hungry and needy children, our school system is substandard. half of americans have no health care plan. $30 billion would be a good start on solving some of these issues.

Keeping those people from being annihilated is a good cause!
Israel's military is there to help us annihilate Iran if they ever get out of line on a serious level and that's benefit enough for me.

But, I do agree that I wish there was no need to worry abot these things.
AIPAC members will always push for more $$$ to Israel. They have always done it. Noteworthy that this lobby group contributed 80% of political funds to the presidency for re-election in addition to zionist-evangelics. Its just something we have to live with. Frankly, Israell is over supplied with military hardware which could annilhate the world 5 times.
Well in a country like our USA anyone can be an American. While we are content with the way we live and claim it to be the best, the Israelis that are Americans but are more loyal to their mother country Israel lobby and train our government with money. Its a dam shame the USA support Israel so much that our government pushes us aside or anyone in the middle east. Israel is the ruler of the USA in my opinion that is.
This will continue until lobby groups and special interest groups are severely limited! There has to be campaign donation limits,campaign spending limits, full disclosure of who is donating,limit all donations to only be from people not any quasi-corporate entities. If you cannot vote for the person then you cannot donate to that person. This alone will put a crimp in the israeli domination practices! They like to organize and flood the system with their influence! Their practices are reprehensible and should be banned forever! Voter Rights will stop this israeli oppression.
Israel has a good percent of the worlds nuclear weapons, I doubt they need more help when there is so many problems with healthcare in the U.S.
