Can flies/mosquitos spread Aids by going from person to person?

I read somewhere that this was true but somebody told me that it was a misconception. I might be travelling to Africa in the future (I reside in Canada) and just wanted to be informed! Thank you!

No.

Mosquitoes spread infections by injecting their saliva into your skin when they bite. HIV is not found in mosquito saliva, unlike other bugs such as dengue, malaria, yellow fever and several others which ARE carried in insect saliva.
i hope not
i was bitten last night
No... their bodies kill it or something but they don't spread it thank God, or we all would have it by now.
No they can not but if you sleep with the right ones over there you can get it.
