Full time and part time financial aid?

I applied for financial aid online. i put in that i wanted to go full-time but i may need to go part-time. (for financial reasons, you know how that goes). I haven't registered for any classes as of yet. If i decide, after my aid goes through that i want to change to part-time, will they deny my aid? Or will they just alter it and lower the amount i will be granted per semeser? Thanks you guys!!!

The college will verify what number of units you are actively enrolled in during the first few days of school. They base your allotment by 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, 1/1. If you drop a course or fail, then your next semester you will be on probation. You will end up meeting with a counselor. Good luck with your education!

If you switch to part-time status your aid will be readjusted and chances are you'll need to pay more out of pocket.
I found interesting information about your answer, college loans, scholarships, college grants & partime works here.
