YOu could say "Cold" turkey, I was so sick and miserable witht his cold and then I realize it's been 4 days so what's the point?

6 months no cigs
used patches for 2 months
cold turkey
Laser therapy!! I was amazed! It really works!
i have never smoked, but good luck, if you have the will power, cold turkey.
