What rights or aid (legal or otherwise) does abandoned pregnant wife have available?

My 24 yr old daughter in 8th month preg. She was notified by landlord to move quickly,house is sold.Has no where to go now that husband packed his belongings and was gone when she got home from work. She has been doing probably 90% of supporting household. Husband is active in national guard,has served tour in Afganistan,was returned home to care for his bro and sister which was lie. They live with grandma and he never sees them. I have no room here, small house and I am retired on social security. He also cleaned out almost all monies in bank acct. Has no full time job. Any money he makes he keeps for him self. This is Missouri and been married about 2yrs. Any good advice would be appreciated. THX

First of all your daughter needs to obtain a legal separation, next she should file for divorce on the grounds of dessertion. No money then you need to contact legal aid to help you. They may be able to make him responsible for half of the expenses associated with the household, also they can secure alimony, medical expenses, as well as child support in the future for the baby.
