First aid for sun burnt skin? i feel terrible.?

aloe vera green ice. it works great and feels good on your sun burnt skin.

try aloe vera gel to help sooth the pain. Don't go back out in the sun without using better protection.

Try aloe vera. It is very soothing and great for sun burns. Next time, try using a sunscreen and maybe don't stay in the sun so long. Sun burns are bad for your skin and can cause skin cancer. Happened to my uncle.
well first try some advil or tylenol and just relax...wear as little clothing as possible so that the burnt skin isnt covered because it will just feel uncomfortable
buy aloe gel form the drug store, the are tons of different brands, but for me personally i use the regular drugstore brand and it works good. also, a brand called solarcaine carries tons of products for treating sunburns such as spray and gels, etc.
just stay out of the sun, try not to cover the skin with any type of rough fabric, constantly put on aloe vera gel (like every 2 hours atleast)..the reason why the aloe vera gel is so important is because it will sooth your burn by making it feel cool and youll just feel more comfortable..although io find that usually when i get a burn although the burnt skin feels really warm/hot, ill begin to feel freezing cold so have a blanket nearby you when youre resting just in case...
in a few days it will start to get better, but it will take sometime..if you got really badly burnt than your skin may begin to peel and itll probabaly be really itchy but dont scratch it and dont peel off the skin..since the burn was quite intense it pretty much dried up your skin and now its just sloughing off (thats the reason for the peeling) but depending on how bad it is..give it about4-7 to really start feeling better
keep on using the aloe vera gel! its the best thing you can do
