Why no aid for the flood affected in Bihar,Assam,A.P,?


is the govt not bothered,?cant food be air dropped,?cant measures be taken in advance to avoid such floods?,is the focus of govt on wrong priorities,?where are the media now?

There are much lack of aid in our Indian Govt. they have no time to think about other person , & they just steal the money for themselves . So from where they help those poor people , who are flood affected in Bihar, Assam, A.P. ....!!!!..
