How do I start a Christian Ministry to help HIV/AIDS Victims?

I am surrounded by HIV/AIDS sufferers. The problem seems to be promiscuity and lack of basic sex education. I would like to help from a christian perspective. Our churches seem to be shying away from this problem, especially the Pentecostal churches. Please advise.

Use this medium to bring together some people to help.
Petition, advocate, peace march, write letters, petition groups, talk to governmental representatives.

If you really "ARE" a "CHRISTIAN".....then should'nt you be asking GOD that question instead of "US" out here?

I agree with Astra. Go into the hospitals go where they are and just reach out to them. If this is something God has put in your heart Then he will make the way. Find out if there are any organizations in your area.
why can't you just be a person helping people?.....the church steals...ahem.....i mean "has" sh!tloads of money...
