Will acupuncture help neuropathy?

I don't know if it *will* but it certainly *can*.

My mother in law was diagnosed with MS about six years ago, and had the fairly common symptom of tingling and numbness in her feet for years before that. She also had similar issues although I'm not sure to what extent, or in which parts of her body. She sees an acupuncturist regularly to help with these symptoms, and the acupuncture treatments help her tremendously, alleviating the neuropathy.

I recommend that you find an acupuncturist who, if not "specialized," then at least has a lot of experience working with patients with the same issue(s) that you have. If you are under the care of another health practitioner for that issue, I suggest also that you speak to that practitioner and see if s/he can recommend someone.
