Acupuncture question,?

Has anyone had acipuncture and think it was a bad idea afterwards?

I've had it done and had varying experiences depending on the practitioner. I have never had a negative experience (in the sense of bad side effects or dirty needles etc...although that is a possibility)...rather some were more effective or proficient than others.

I had chronic arm pain for about 18 months and saw a variety of specialists, physio etc with no luck. Finally out of desperation I saw a acupuncturist...trained in the far east...who actually teaches it to physicians at Medical school. Within a few sessions I noticed some relief (going twice a week) and after 2 months the pain was totally gone. That made me a believer that it has some therapeutic values.

Whether all the healing claims are valid I am still skeptical (i.e. psychological issues etc.)....and it had no affect on my migraine headaches...but it seems to be able to help muscular pain and is definitely worth a try if you have no relief with other therapies. Ensure you get someone qualified (trained with certificates) reputable and with good word of mouth.

I do it every now and then. Never felt it was a bad idea. Just the opposite.

The first time I went I did acuptunture I thought it was a waste of money and time and that it was a bad idea. After I read more about and understood it better. I know think it is a great aternative medicine and wished my insurances paid for more then 25 times a year......

No, acupuncture is great, but EFT is as good, and you can download a free manual and do it yourself. Many people say it's better.

The website is www.emofree.com and I'm NOT SOLICITING I get NO MONEY IF ANYONE DOWNLOADS THE FREE MANUAL.

I got cited for giving that link before, only reason I capitalized that or even mentioned it. It's amazing some of the things people would report here. I make no money on the EFT website....

IT's FREE> You can buy the CD's if you want.
