Can Ceregem - a South Korean acupuncture therapy cure Dementia? |
My mother is suffering from Dementia from last 4 yrs now.She is just 50 yr old.Can this dementia be cured by the ceregem massages or ny other alternate theraies? Acupuncture cannot cure dementia, let alone any other disease/illness. I would not rule out the possibility that the Ceregem bed could somehow help with dementia. The bed was developed by a Dr. of eastern medicine and chiropractor, Saiman Choi. It focuses on the spine and employs infrared light. Recent research at Sunderland by Dr. Dougal, uses an infrared helmet, to stop the progression of dementia and even reverse it to a degree. Though research has not been established to prove the positive effects of Ceregem on dementia, it is used by many elderly people. However, I couldn't locate any testimonials, either personal or professional, linking the two. I hope the two links below will aid you, as you continue to look for an answer. Dimentia is irreversible. I'm sue some quack will try to sell you a cure though. After all it's desperate people that these charlatans prey on. There is no effective treatment for dementia. |
