Can acupuncture help with spinabifida at all? |
I have a friend who son is 6yrs old, he was born with spinabifida and was wanting to find out if acupuncuter could help at all with getting feelin back in his back legs and maybe even help hime walk better. The scientific answer is that acupuncture fails clinical trials repeatedly and is based on magical/delusional thinking which goes against everything we know about anatomy. I use acupuncture all the time, it is worth a try.It is very ancient oriental medicine. Has helped ME alot with back problems, nerves, too many other things to tell. I know plenty of people who swear by it also. |
