Did acupuncture work for you?

i have been going to an acupuncturist for the last three months to help us conceive.
everything is working otherwise, there are no physical reasons why we can not get pregnant, but the acupunctirist told us that my kidney energy was low and has been trying to build it up again, ( she says that it 's strength is increasing every month i come and told us we would see results at 4 to 6 months. we will be starting month number 4 next week. but i wondered if any of you had any trouble conceiving or know of someone who tried acupncture and it worked for them. how long before they got the result they wanted?!?!

I don't know anyone personally who's used accupuncture to conceive. But I do know that our minds are powerful, powerful entities. So, if you truly believe in your mind that your kidney energy is building up, then your body will physically accomplish that. Whether that has anything to do with conceiving, I don't know. But, never underestimate the power of your body. Bodies are simply amazing at what they can do. In fact, your body may be keeping itself from conceiving right now, because now might not be the healthiest time for you to be pregnant. But, it will right itself when the time is correct.
